We were very impressed with the quality and freshness of our food so beautifully presented. The service was exemplary, attentive and friendly. OK I already left a positive review from another account recently. I've come back today after not being able to stop thinking about that awesome previous experience and wanting to confirm it really was as good as my memory keeps playing! Well, I had something else to eat today and it was also absolutely perfect. I've gotten a lot of study done despite the busy environment and have really enjoyed watching the owner's interactions with the customers. They are so lovely and genuine. I've been in hospitality for 30 years. I've spent many whole days in cafes the last 12 years - particularly in Brisbane. This is easily my favourite of all the cafes I've ever been to. I can't really explain the je ne sais quoi of it, but for me it's got everything. I'll be spending every chance I get, there, while I'm on this side of town!

Great food & coffee, one of best breakfast in Brisbane and I have done a fair few cafe breakfasts over the last 10 years or more. Service was also very good. Highly recommended.

If you appreciate food - you must visit this cafe. I ordered nanas special breakfast and it was spectacular. Lots of flavours and the ingredients were top quality. Not many cafes like this around Brisbane!

The undeniable friendliness within this relaxing atmosphere is second to none. I was greeted by welcoming staff who ensured I was catered to beyond my expectation. The menu had some interesting options however keeping it simple, poached eggs on sourdough was my choice. The accompanying sauce was absolutely delicious. Situated on the intersection beyond the town hall roundabout at Sandgate there was no traffic noise and parking was a breeze. The low, gentle background music only disturbed by the grind of the coffee machine which supplied a well served up cup of coffee that left me wanting more. Thank you very much to the proprietor for your contribution to the community.

Ate here with my mum for lunch today and the food was beyond expectation! When we looked at the menu we thought it was expensive but I would happily pay that again and again for the quality ingredients, so cleverly put together. We had the ‘Strawberry Feels’ and the ‘Salt of the Earth’. Both were quite excellent taste sensations! Yum, yum, can’t wait to come back!

Wide menu, amazing choices. Breakfast was great. Staff friendly, fast and efficient. Meals and drinks out with very little wait time . All around, an excellent place to visit.
